Following up on GTA 4 ads being pulled from CTA buses, Reuters reports that Take two Interactive has filed suit against the Chicago Transit Authority.

The Grand Theft Auto publisher accuses the authority and its sales agent, Titan Outdoor LLC, of violating a $300,000 ad campaign agreement and is seeking monetary damages of at least that amount.
